• Any advance payments made for corporate services, event services, or travel services are non-refundable.
• In case of postponement or rescheduling, the Company may, at its discretion, adjust the advance amount against future bookings (subject to availability and management approval).

3. Company Rights

• Seasons and Stories Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any part of this policy at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
• All approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 business days through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise communicated.
